Job requirement

  • Meet business KPIs related to Corporate Finance Advisory activities.
  • Build and maintain a diversified, sustainable corporate client portfolio.
  • Research, develop, and propose suitable financial products for corporate clients (Bonds, Stocks, and others).
  • Oversee the overall management of the project, including supervising project team members, managing the entire implementation process and quality, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
  • Coordinate with back-office teams to support clients and finalize advisory contracts.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Advisory.

Job requirement

  • University graduate or higher in Economics, Finance - Banking, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the investment banking sector, preferably within securities companies.
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of achieving business targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and demonstrate resilience.
  • Candidates with practical skills in using AI tools and data-driven approaches are an advantage.
