Meet the business planned KPI which related to Corporate Finance Advisory activities.
Building a diversified and sustainable corporate client system.
Doing the research and development of Bonds, Stocks and other suitable corporate financial products for specified clients.
Participating in clients’ Corporate Finance - Corporate Governance Advisory projects.
Doing the corporate financial analysis and firm valuation.
University graduate or higher majoring in economics, finance - banking or other related sector.
Have a Certificate of Practice in Analyst or Fund management.
At least 3 years-experience working in investment banking sector.
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills (both Vietnamese and English).
Good sales skills with proven achievement records.
Good analytical & creative thinking skillset.
AI Literature, data driven mindset is preferred.
