Inventory Officer, Engineering

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Assist Supervisor to manage Stock Inventory control and provide administrative support
• Setup and maintain the inventory management system
• Assist manager to manage contracts submission, approval and renewal process in timely manner
• Deal with procurement team for procurement process and solve all service requirement submission
• Ensure proper track record and report for stock inventory
• Provide general administrative support to the department
• Maintain and precisely control central filing, staff record, roster and leave records
• Setup and maintain the central filing system, general database and archive
• Update technical library, certification record, drawing and manuals
• Assist the regular report updates and meeting minutes drafting
• Handle administrative and finance document submission and processing in complying company procurement policy
• Maintain effective communication with the team and with other departments.
• Assist immediate superior in developing and accomplishing reports and any studies
• Monitor inventory control and ensuring continuous supply of parts and consumables
• Implement safety policy and promoting safety awareness to team members;
• Perform non-office hours duty for ad hoc events/bad weather condition or emergency is required.
• Stay informed and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
