I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Daily Inventory Availability

• Review Amazon DC inventory availability vs. forecast and PO flow by ASIN.

• Track Y4A warehouse inventory health, flag overstock or at-risk SKUs.

• Lead availability exception reviews and suggest cross-channel transfers.

• Coordinate with Sales and Demand Planning for short-term PO visibility.

Geo-optimal score

• Conduct inventory balancing between Amazon DC and Y4A WH.

• Oversee DI container tracking and timing.

• Evaluate vendor SLAs and container arrival plans.

• Partner with finance to assess inventory holding trade-offs.

Inventory Aging

• Set and review stocking strategies and reorder thresholds.

• Optimize allocation logic to improve Net PPM.

• Monitor and adjust inventory placement for peak seasons.

• Present KPI trends and structural recommendations.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years in inventory/supply chain roles, preferably in ecommerce or vendor management.
- Strong command of Amazon Vendor Central processes.
- Skilled in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), ERP (SAP, NetSuite), and Excel modeling.
- Proven ability to manage multi-node fulfillment systems.
- Experience with oversized and seasonal SKU categories.
