The day-to-day activities:

Restaurant Partner Experience

• Co-produce content with Marketing and the Social Media team to build a brand presence for both GrabFood and our Restaurant Partners (i.e. take photos & videos for social media, write the copy for campaigns)

• Liaise with restaurants and run restaurant promotions on GrabFood

• Take on projects that help optimise restaurant operations

Delivery Partner Quality

• Be a trainer, conduct training sessions with Delivery Partners

• Carry out spot checks on delivery partners at restaurants to ensure compliance to SOPs and Code of Conduct

Operational Excellence

• Work with the teams to resolve operational backlogs

• Introduce new processes to increase the team's productivity and efficiency

The Must Haves

• You are pursuing or have a Diploma/Degree. (All fields are welcomed), or you have just graduated from your Diploma/Degree

• You have a natural interest in Food and you should be Tech-Savvy

• You are not be afraid to pick up the phone and speak to clients

• You have an accurate and proactive mentality in any project you complete

• You have a structured way of working and an analytical approach

• You have an excellent attention to detail

• You are flexible and result oriented
