Get to know the Role:
Support the GrabFood City General Manager and marketplace team in driving key operations initiatives for GrabFood to grow in Yogyakarta. You will focus on initiatives to optimise the GrabFood product from driving demand to unlocking potential growth.
The day-to-day activities:
Support the GrabFood team by identifying potential improvements in user experience
Using data to identify operational pain points, assessing root causes and proposing solutions that will lead to improvement in business metrics and the user experience
Work closely with the marketplace and account management teams to unlock potential demand via strategic campaigns
Manage a team of contractors to execute hyper-local projects across the city
The must haves:
Advanced written and spoken English
Ability to speak Javanese is ideal
Strong organisational skills - thrives in organizing and planning and loves project management
Keen attention to detail
Good communication skills to be able to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Data driven- ability to manipulate and use data to address customer pain points and improve the user experience
