International Purchasing Executive

• Search, evaluate, and select reliable international suppliers for aluminum alloy and aluminum billet.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, including pricing, delivery conditions, payment terms, and Incoterms.
• Execute purchase orders and monitor the production, shipping, and delivery process.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Prepare, verify, and handle import documentation such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, B/L, C/O, C/Q, etc.
• Collaborate with internal departments on customs clearance, goods receipt, and payment procedures.
• Monitor international aluminum price fluctuations, conduct market analysis, and prepare periodic supply reports.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop new sourcing channels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• College or University degree in Business Administration or related fields (preferably in International Trade).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international purchasing or import–export, preferably in metals or industrial materials.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms, international trade practices, logistics processes, and payment methods (L/C, T/T).
• Basic English proficiency: capable of basic communication and good reading and writing skills.
• Female, aged 24–35.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
