Get to know the Role:

  • Develop and improve programs, policies and administration of the mobility process to meet the Company’s business needs.
  • Provide International Mobility-related expertise to line managers, country HR and HR team members to facilitate their use of mobility policies and procedures.
  • Facilitates and ensures orientation process is completed to ensure all required legal processes; host country paperwork deadlines are met.
  • Act as a resource to country HR to develop a high level of customer service and a support model for transferees inbound to their office.
  • Train and advise teammates on International Mobility policies and procedures.
  • Manage service provider on all points of execution on relocation and international assignment issues and work with employees on relocation initiation and execution.
  • Work on standard international assignment tax issues with outside tax provider and serve as primary contact for employee on basic tax questions and detailed assignment requests.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition Team and Country HR to maintain an up-to-date forecast of regional mobility needs.
  • Coordinate with regional and country HR and Finance to determine individual transferee packages and document in the mobility agreement.
  • Liaise with Finance and Payroll departments with respect to domestic and international payroll transactions and support the annual tax equalization reconciliation process.
  • Track and report mobility related costs.
  • Work with Finance and respective country HR to ensure the proper cross-charge of expenses for transfers.
  • Work with respective country HR to ensure cost effective mobility programs.
  • Calculate financial aspects of moves including cost projections and mobility stipend.
  • Maintain and improve the process for tracking transfers and producing metrics for key stakeholders.
  • Monitor additional aspects of the International Mobility program to identify opportunities for improvement.


The must haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in International Mobility, Assignment Management, expatriate tax coordination, and or immigration work.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Passion about working with and learning from individuals from various countries/cultures
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven analytical comfort and ability
  • Proven ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams
  • Ability to perform multiple complex tasks
