Job requirement

  • Develop and implement GWP internal communication plans to support company goals, initiatives, and culture.
  • Plan and organize HSCC’s GWP internal events and activities
  • Plan budget for HSCC's GWP activities and events
  • Create engaging internal content for HSCC’s activities
  • Maintain and update internal communication channels
  • Gather feedback and measure employee engagement through surveys, polls, and other tools.
  • Other tasks assigned by leadership

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field.
  • At least 2 - 5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or organizational development.
  • Good at English (both writing and speaking). Good command of Korean is an advantage.
  • Basic photo and video editing skill
  • Computer Skill (Word, Excel, PP)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong event planning and project management capabilities.
  • Creative, detailed-oriented, critical thinking, well-organized, passionate about employee well-being and workplace culture
