Report to: Internal Audit Manager
Manage 2 direct reports.
• Monitoring and reporting results of the compliance/ethics efforts of the company and in providing guidance for senior management team on matters relating to compliance. • Implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program. • Plan, scope and conducted targeted internal reviews or audits by researching materials; formulating a plan of action to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. • Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure • Supports external auditors by coordinating information requirements. • Develop risk management strategies. • Cooperate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations • Indentify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation. • Direct the development or implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures or reporting tools. • Other related tasks as assigned.
• Male is preferred. • Experience in multinational FMCG or Big 4 companies is an advantage. • University graduate in relevant majors. • 2 years experience in the same position. • Fluent in English. • Good interpretation and communication skills. • Good management and problem solving skills.
