§ Work Time: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
Saturday (8:00am-12:00pm)
§ Salary Range: Gross 1000-1600 USD
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
§ Benefit(s):following VN laws
§ Selection Process: Two rounds
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to BOD menbers(JP and VN) , each department managers
§ Work with 1 staff
§ Job Possibilities:
- Checking and making sure documentation as per internal procedure
- Checking and making sure accounting system process
- Checking legal documents and advise proper business scheme
- Doing, checking customers' FS, credit limit, credit balance
- Other duties upon request of management
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Experience and Background:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: English: business level or Japanese business level
- Can read legal documents (circular, code,...) (but no need for legal background) to find proper procedure of export, import, and sales, purchase.
- International business implementation/documentation knowledge (preferable)
- Experience more than 1 year as the same position.
