Job Description

• Responsible for assisting the Head of Planning & Projects with developing, communicating, executing and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives.
• Provide market research, analysis, and insights into the latest industry trends.
• Developing and implementing new processes to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of research, measurement and strategy work for teams.
• Ensuring that the execution of the strategy supports the strategy elements.
• Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan.
• Develop workable budgets, work plans, and realistic timetables.
• Communicating and implementing a company's strategy internally and externally to carries out the company's overall goals.
• Facilitating, managing & monitoring the execution of the strategic plan.
• Monitoring and enforcing new business risk and constraints.
• Ensuring departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities.

Requirement

• A degree with good honours from top tier university in any discipline.
• MBA will be an advantage.
• Experience with quantitative analysis eg. financial modelling and data manipulation.
• Ability to construct and deliver clear presentations to senior company executives.
