About the Team
The Content Strategy & Communications team drives regional content in Grab's Customer Experience department across all 8 Grab markets. We aim to out-serve our audience with delightful and helpful content. We are a team of 3 (1 digital content manager and 2 content strategists).
Come join our team if you are keen to create delightful content for Customer Experience! You'll be given opportunities to write and learn on the job, and be exposed to backend systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
To increase traffic and engagement for Help Centre and macros
Writing, information collation and fact checking
Day-to-day operations like attending meetings and summarising
Experience with Zendesk, Google suite and HTML
Learning Objectives
Be involved in creative content creation and management
Engage in communicate between internal and external stakeholders
Effective Stakeholder Management
Requirements

Undergraduate in Arts and Social Sciences/Humanities
Flair in Writing
Comfort with backend systems if possible
Great attitude to work and learning
