Intern (Administration and Reception) - Ho Chi Minh City

Job requirement

KEY OUTPUTS:

1. Reception responsibilities:

- Guest receiving;

- Telephone receiving and answering;

- Correspondence/ Documentation in - out;

- Arrangement of car for all employees for business trip and guests as requested;

2. Administration responsibilities:

- Provide administrative assistance to Deputy Manager (office car, taxi card, seal & document control, stationery, ingoing/outgoing letter etc.);

- Keep stamp and chop on insurance policies and other documents;

- Follow and coordinate with HR team in welfare issues;

- Support to organize company culture activities (teambuilding, staff trip, monthly birthday…) and company meetings;

- Support Taiwanese Division for stamping and bindering policy

- Involve in purchasing activities when required;

- Other tasks as required by Deputy Manager

Job requirement

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Third year / last year students with willing to support others.

·         Fresh graduate who is eager to gain your very first working experience and opportunity to develop yourself with a professional organization

·         Good English skills

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

·         Having service mind-set, positive energy

·         Careful and detail-oriented

·         Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel
