Principle Accountabilities/ Nhiệm vụ chính:
Survey, measure, and redraw existing drawings building with project team.
Develop ideas design stores and 3D file Sketchup.
Develop design & technical (MEP, HVAC) interior/ exterior drawings from 3D perspective.
Develop detail 2D drawings (understanding the structure is an advantage).
Measure and complete the as-built drawing of the project.

Lên ý tưởng thi ết cho c ửa h àng và triển khai file 3D Sketchup.
Triển khai bản vẽ thiết kế và kỹ thuật (MEP, HVAC) nội, ngoại thất từ phối cảnh 3D.
Triển khai chi tiết bản vẽ nội thất (hiểu rõ cấu tạo là một lợi thế).
Đo đạc và hoàn thiện bộ bản vẽ hoàn công của công trình dự án.

Experience in F&B is an advantage.
Responsible for managing project drawing documents.
Ensure the proposed work progress.
Coordinate with other relevant departments to complete the job.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
