• Overall 6-8 years of BSA experience.
• Insurance background preferably life and annuities
• Preference to have experience on Document Direct tool.

• Ability to work with business users and business partners in gathering requirements, generating design documents.
• Create functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
• Business process understanding,
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Experience in writing SQL Queries, SQL joins, understanding application flows and application architecture. Assist and work in collaboration with Technical team during implementation.
