Inside Sales Engineer (ID: 509608)

• Responsible for handling sales enquires and prepare sales quotation
• Responsible for handling sales order processing
• Able to provide project tendering and documentation support
• Able to provide technical support to customers
• Able to provide support to external sales team
• Resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related or product selection application, specification, installation etc.
• Responsible for order execution for quotations, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery or order and resolution of return requests and quality issues
• Communicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, special constructions /materials, etc.
• Participates in technical and commercial clarification meetings when required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales position and similar industry
• Professional education in engineering, business or related field, or similar level obtained by experience.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)
• Multilingual (incl. English)
• Strong coordination between customers and factories
• Familiar with Incoterms.
• Independent and Team player
• Able to adapt to multiple cultures and interact with people at all levels
• Familiar with field instrumentations such as flow, level, pressure and temperature
