Primary aims and responsibilities:

This position would be responsible for partnering with influencers/agencies to boost brand awareness. S/he will contribute content ideas and create innovative campaigns to increase Grab market presence in Thailand. The associate with effectively utilize social media platforms to amplify branding and supporting campaign per vertical needs.

  • Support the various needs of the Influencer Marketing and Social Media team as directed by the team lead.
  • Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns to support branding-wise and depending on business needs, which may include but are not limited to the following:
    • Identify influencer marketing opportunities for brand promotion.
    • Contact and build relationships with influencers.
    • Being able to develop brief alongside vertical heads and give clear directions and key message to the KOL/ Influencers.
  • Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencer marketing.
  • Liaise with vertical heads and Head of Social media & Branding regarding influencer marketing strategy, able to develop and clear recommendations and content creation.
  • Optimize the usage of KOL/ Influencers to the max within a given budget.
  • Track KOL/ Influencers usage from each social channels monthly and by campaign, providing detailed findings and learnings to improve future executions.
  • Analyze competition in specialty retail and best in class brands for our demographic, providing recommendations for improving our social media strategies and usage of KOL/ Influencers.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and new platforms

Candidates must have:

  • Strong written skills. Experience in writing and editing is highly desirable.
  • Previous work experience in digital strategy and KOL/ Influencer marketing.
  • Strong communication skills. The role involves liaising with clients, KOL/ Influencers, and internal teams, so verbal skills are paramount. Comfortable attending client (if needed) facing meetings is a must.
  • Be familiar with current and emerging digital media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest forums and blogs.
  • Great time management skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of computer literacy, including the ability to research online, learn how to use new online tools and be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • An understanding of Thailand online communities.
  • Qualification in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Be flexible, adaptable and ready to learn quickly. Ability to multi-task is vital.
