Job requirement

  • Catching up all drawings and using equipment to measure material quality.
  • Conducting IQC inspection process, processing IQC task via ERP system (quarantine and release).
  • Managing non-conforming material.
  • Coordinating with purchasing team to solve quality issue and follow up result.
  • Making report and statistical activities.
  • Composing work instruction or any documents required.
  • Applying NCR system to do inspection for each kind of material.
  • Deploying training courses to new IQC staffs about IQC procedures and standards.
  • Participating 5S, Kaizen activities for job.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor degree with Technical/ Machanical/Industrial Management background.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in quality control in manufacturing environment.
  • Able to use microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Able to work independently or in team work.
  • Able to communicate in English.
