Objective:
To control and steer the dealer warranty processes, by reviewing and processing claims, as well as by providing guidance and training for dealer employees.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· To ensure that the warranty processes at importer and dealer warranty fulfill all Porsche standards
· Review and submit dealer warranty claims to Porsche AG within the given time frames
· Ensure that all warranty related KPI’s and targets are met
· Ensure that the importer and dealer warranty parts administration meets Porsche standards (parts control, storage, disposal and return to Porsche factory)
· Warranty repair approval process handling between dealer, importer and Porsche AG
· PRMS warranty ticket processing
· Workshop and Recall Campaign Management to ensure fast completion of campaigns
· Warranty Extension process control
· Warranty reporting
· Conduct regular dealer audits to ensure adherence to Porsche standards and guidelines
· Participating in overseas and in-house technical and none technical training courses
· Conducting in-house warranty training courses
· Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of working area
· Ensuring adherence to companies processes and policies
· Supporting other operational areas and departments if required.
