* JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the import-export works smoothly per planned and collect all import-export documents and declare them correctly according to the law.
- To conduct documentation related to export and import following Vietnam Customs regulations.
- To conduct & responsibility for customs declaration of import and export on VNACCS-ECUS5 software.
- Monitoring liquidation and tax refunds as customs regulations.
- To comply with the logistics cost budget and logistics payment requests submitted in a timely.
- Build-up & register new Practical norms with customs based on Production consumption.
- Get Certificated of Origin (COO) as the Customer required and submit to the Government for approval.
- Liaising Shipping agent/Forwarding/Broker/Courier company for booking and schedules for export/import shipments.
- Monitoring Forwarder/Broker service following VAC regulations.
- Keep updated and comply with new Government/Customs regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the Section Logistics Manager.
