Job requirement

Specific Accountabilities:

Work with vendors, customers, ODMs and internal Schenker teams to achieve customer’s expected service level.

1. Contract management:

· Prepare and update all PVMI mandatory Documents: warehousing and logistics agreement templates, shipping guideline, customer/supplier training slides.

· Control contract and Legal documents in Bonded Warehouse. Monitor the validity of contract and work with contract management team for renewal on time.

· To monitor, analysis and share the status of supplier’s shipment, warehouse activities to related stakeholders.

2. Customer services:

· Ensure all commercial and contractual activities are captured and process within DBS is executed in a compliant manner.

· Work with Schenker regional supplier on-boarding team to carry out on-board training, handle pilot shipment and ensure to handover to operation team after pilot with smooth process.

· Handle all Customer facing communication and shipment related internal communication between/with DB Schenker stakeholders

· Provide Customers with proactive exception management in case of service quality deviations including follow-up and problem resolution

· Other customer service related tasks may be required by line manager.

3. Billing:

· Verify vendor’s monthly billing data

· Make billing to customer/supplier and follow up to ensure on time payment

Note: The company arranges shuttle-bus transportation service for employees from Ha Noi to Ha Nam and vice versa.

Job requirement

· University Degree upwards

· Minimum 3-year experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, import - export or procurement, preferably with a 3PL or Distributor

. Working experience in Bonded warehouse is an advantage

. Good spoken and written English, ability to communicate in Chinese (listening and speaking) is an advantage

· Experienced in making billing, managing contracts with customer/vendors

. Well-versed with MS office applications

. Good understanding of warehouse processes, WMS, SAP

· Able to analyze data and prepare presentations

· Good communication and presentation skill

· Able to work in a team and under time pressure
