Job requirement

  • Manage export activities and custom clearance issues;
  • Development and improve shipment managementprocess;
  • Cooperate with Forwarders to arrange shipment;
  • Manage cargo booking and truck arrangement;
  • Send Booking Confirmation/Delivery Orders;
  • Issue Bills of Lading and Export Declaration;
  • Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of the product;
  • Review customer requirements/Letters of Credit and report any problems/discrepancies to the customer;
  • Follow-up and solve problems during the transport process;
  • Advise customer of any problems, changes, or delays;
  • Train employees skills and related application software.

Job requirement

  • Education: Graduated from university, major in import-export, logistics or related fields;
  • Experienced in similar roles of shipping/logistic company is an advantage;
  • Good communication in English;
  • Management and leadership skills;
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good communication and organization skills and strong attention to detail are required.
