** Warehouse CS and Transportation Document Staff:

Level: Staff

- Manage the Warehouse / Transportation team's daily operations:

Knowledge of import and export, logistics, working process with customs. (Kiến thức về xuất nhập khẩu, logistics, quy trình làm việc với hải quan)

Know warehousing operations, especially bonded warehouses: import - export - inspection, storage (Biết nghiệp vụ kho bãi, đặc biệt là kho ngoại quan: nhập - xuất - kiểm hàng, lưu trữ) (

Understanding of customs regulations, the process of declaring and sealing goods. (Hiểu biết về quy định hải quan, quy trình khai báo, niêm phong hàng hóa)

Know how to use warehouse management software (e.g. WMS, or in-house software). (Biết sử dụng phần mềm quản lý kho (VD: WMS, hoặc phần mềm nội bộ))

Skills in making inventory reports, import and export reports, and periodic inventories. (Kỹ năng lập báo cáo tồn kho, báo cáo nhập xuất, kiểm kê định kỳ)

Knowledge of domestic and/or international transportation processes (road, sea, air). (Am hiểu quy trình vận tải nội địa và/hoặc quốc tế (đường bộ, đường biển, hàng không))

Proficient in vehicle layout, delivery planning, routes, and times. (Thành thạo bố trí xe, lập kế hoạch giao nhận hàng, tuyến đường và thời gian)

Know how to work with transport compay, drivers and customers. (Làm việc với các đơn vị vận tải, tài xế và khách hàng)

Know how to read and understand transportation documents, delivery notes, delivery orders, etc. (Biết đọc hiểu chứng từ vận tải, phiếu xuất kho, lệnh giao hàng, v.v)

Support and coordination with other members in team. (Hỗ trợ và phối hợp với những thành viên khác trong nhóm)

Level: Assistant Manager

Customer Services & Document

- Manage the Ocean Import team's daily operations, including cost and revenue management.

- Handling the daily release of documents to customers and related departments, and administering contracts for import shipments to ensure efficiency and compliance at every step.

- Effectively manage and uphold ISO standards and company rules while actively seeking innovative ways to enhance import document services.

- Support team members in daily operational problems.

- Train the lower-level employees and delegates and review their work based on the KPIs.

- Handle all the reports.

- Arranging the job in group under Manager's instruction

Working place: Tan Binh Ward, HCMC

- Candidate must possess Bachelor/ College Degree of International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Transportation/ Import & Export or equivalent.
- 1-5 years experience in related field.

- Communication in English (written and oral)

- Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.

- Computer Skill, Time Management Skills

- Working place:  Hai Chau ward, Da Nang city & Tan Binh ward, HCMC
