IGI Technician

1.Inspection

• Responsible for daily execution of incoming inspection of raw material according pre-described specification, and defined AQL level

Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu đầu vào hằng ngày theo các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật đã được quy định và mức AQL đã xác định.

• Fully record inspection in the IGI data system

Ghi chép đầy đủ kết quả kiểm tra vào hệ thống dữ liệu IGI.

2. Inspection equipment | Kiểm tra thiết bị

• Installation and qualification of inspection equipment.

Lắp đặt và thẩm định (qualification) các thiết bị kiểm tra.

• Trouble shooting inspection equipment in daily operation (24-h/7-d).

Xử lý sự cố thiết bị kiểm tra trong quá trình vận hành hằng ngày (24 giờ / 7 ngày).

3. Cross-departmental tasks | Công việc phối hợp liên phòng ban

• Participation in tasks and projects supporting production.

Tham gia các công việc và dự án hỗ trợ hoạt động sản xuất.

• Support process QA and Production with quality improvement tasks.

Hỗ trợ bộ phận QA quy trình và Sản xuất trong các hoạt động cải tiến chất lượng.

• Support failure analysis XRF, XRAY, etc.

Hỗ trợ phân tích lỗi bằng các phương pháp như XRF, X-ray, v.v.

4. Material Validation / Production issues

• Perform measurement and inspection part validation when required.

Thực hiện đo lường và xác nhận kiểm tra linh kiện khi có yêu cầu.

• Support in other tests, nonconformity investigations, report to IGI engineer on assigned tasks.

Hỗ trợ các thử nghiệm khác và điều tra sự không phù hợp; báo cáo các nhiệm vụ được giao cho kỹ sư IGI.

5. Complaint handing

• Handle production complaints

Xử lý các khiếu nại phát sinh trong sản xuất.

• Handle supplier complaint whenever is required, support IGI engineer to fill in report as well as investigate together with process QA in production lines

Xử lý khiếu nại nhà cung cấp khi cần thiết; hỗ trợ kỹ sư IGI hoàn thành báo cáo và phối hợp điều tra cùng bộ phận QA quy trình tại dây chuyền sản xuất.

1. Education : Technical College graduated or upper
2. Professional Experience: at least 1 year experience with measurement equipment or 2 years’ experience as IGI Inspector or QC Operator is preferrable 
3. Language: able to use English in email and basic communication
4. Can use  Microsoft Office and Dynamics, sharepoint relate to inspection task
