Define improvement opportunities and draw-out solutions
Managing the daily work and resource arrangement of IE team.
Leading the IE team in terms of task completion and development.
Be responsible to deliver IE objectives and KPIs.
Follow up and keep track of tasks and improvements.
Provide solutions to concerned issues from other departments in terms of IE.
Manufacturing process and documentation control (review, update)
Driving for continuous improvement, especially on productivity and process flow.
Developing internal resources of IE.
This position will be based in SHTP Factory, District 9, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1, 2,7,9,10/Go Vap/Thu Duc; Binh Duong; Dong Nai is available.
