Experience:
· Prepare, calculate, and verify monthly payroll data, including attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
· Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and on-time payment in coordination with Finance or external payroll vendors.
· Manage C&B administration, including social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and personal income tax (PIT).
· Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll-related reports.
· Handle payroll reconciliation, audits, and internal/external inspections related to salary and benefits.
· Manage labor contracts, probation tracking, salary adjustments, and employee personal records.
· Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and company regulations related to payroll and benefits.
· Handle recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding, as assigned.
· Coordinate with hiring managers to execute recruitment plans and meet manpower requirements.
· Maintain recruitment records and candidate information.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
· At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and compensation & benefits (C&B).
· Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor law, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and personal income tax (PIT).
· Experience in preparing payroll reports, payroll reconciliation, and supporting audits or inspections.
· High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail in handling payroll data.
· Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and HR/Payroll systems.
· Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive information.
· Good command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for daily work
