Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a multinational consumer goods company. Our highly respected client is seeking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with at least 5 years' experience in recruitment and training in the FMCG industry. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner will be focused on developing people initiatives, strengthening organizational capability, planning the operations of learning platform, supporting facilitation of annual Advancement Planning reviews, and setting up Performance Management system exercises.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all Training Management and Organization Development functions under supervision of HR Head.

• Align all Training Management and Organization Development activities and programs with URC’s HR strategies and plans.

• Manage the recruitment’s plans with functional unit heads

• Design and develop leadership and organizational development solutions to build identified people capabilities required to achieve the organization’s goals.

• Be responsible for assessing, designing and managing executive and management development programs.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Psychology, Social Science or related. 

• Have at least 5 years in Human Resources, and minimum 2 years manager experience in TMOD functions, FMCG is an advantage. 

• Strong at Recruitment and Training skills. 

• Good at English communication and skills.

• Good at Computer and Technology Skills (MS Office, PPT and Social Media Channels)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
