Job requirement

  • Recruitment & onboarding: Coordinate and support to execute recruitment process, employee onboarding and orientation programs; manage and process all recruitment paperwork and records for new employees.
  • Training: assist in arranging and coordinating training and development activities; identify needs and work with stakeholders to make training plans for employees.
  • Employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries & concerns; support to communicate internal communications and announcements; assist in resolving workplace conflicts and organize activities to maintain employee engagement.
  • Compensation & benefits: In charge for timekeeping record and absenteeism report; assist in development and implementation of CnB policies, ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations; take disciplinary action to employees if any.
  • Performance management & HR processes: Support the performance appraisal and goal-setting processes; assist in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives; support in collecting data for HR reports; update and manage employee database and Fast system.
  • Office management and administration support: Oversee administrative procedures, be responsible for activities such as schedules, administration of paperwork, meetings coordination, document control, …; serve as the main contact for office supplies, bills and shipping; manage office-related expenses, prepare budget and make vendor payments; maintain office cleanliness and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services; welcome visitors upon arrival and perform additional clerical functions as needed.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in HR generalist.
  • Knowledge of Labor law and related laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS.
  • Fluent communication in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skill, problem-solving skill, focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong sense of work responsibility, time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
