Human Resource Operations Manager

Mô tả công việc

Function : Operate and monitor compensation & benefits activities

  • Ensure payroll, benefits, final payment are calculated accuracy and on time payment
  • Ensure bonus calculation is accuracy and follow company policy
  • Check data for payroll and payroll for 100% accuracy
  • Effective consult to employees in term of compensation & benefits policy
  • Ensure calculation in accordance to company policy and law requirement
  • Check payment data prior transfer to Finance Department for payroll payment và be responsible for data accuracy
  • Cooperate with HRM and Finance Department to implement cost report effectiveness and accuracy

Function : Operate and monitor Statutory insurances

  • Ensure reporting & payment to SI department on time
  • Ensure increasing/decreasing/adjustment report is on time
  • Ensure SI books are created and closed fully and on time
  • Fully reconcile C12 report with SI Department
  • Follow payment progress for SI Department monthly
  • Effective consult SI policy to employee
  • Build up guideline and process to implement statutory insurances

Function : Personal Income Tax (PIT)

  • Implement monthly PIT calculation and yearly PIT Finalization
  • Register tax code and PIT deduction for employee
  • Check PIT data and payment prior transfer to Finance Department for payment and ensure data accuracy
  • Cooperate with Finance Department to reconcile PIT, ensure proper calculation and payment on time
  • Check all payments for proper PIT calculation
  • Effective guide and consult employee on PIT

Function : Labor contract

  • Ensure labor contract of employees are implemented fully and on time
  • Follow up and implement labor contract signing off
  • Fully filing labor contracts
  • Ensure labor contract is proceed in compliance
  • Periodically implement labor reports to Government as per law requirement

Function : Maintain and develop relationships with state agencies

  • Maintain close relationship with authorities to ensure the best implementation of C & B policies complying with current labor law.

Others functions

  • Assign task, introduce, evaluate and develop the team member
  • Advise and train HRM about labor law, rights and duties of HR Department in C&B
  • Consult other departments in all matters related to salary, bonus & benefits.
  • Maintain relationships with consulting partners and and services suppliers (assurance agencies…) to ensure the standard service for company
  • Take responsibility of managing and using of C&B software (C&B function in SAP)
  • Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors

Functional knowledge & experience:

Knowledges about Labour law and labour market in Vietnam, experience in retail market is a plus

Experience in payroll, statutory insurances and PIT

Functional skill:

- Honest and strictly respect policies and procedures, accurate, good skill to work with numbers, proactive and work under pressure, time management

Managerial skill

Other skills:

- Good communication skill

- Negotiation skill

- Effective management

- Planning and analyzability


Education: Bachelor degree, majoring in Economic, Accounting-Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management (Accounting & Finance is preferable)

Experience: at least 04 years experiences and good understanding of C&B

Language:  : Good at both spoken & written English

Office skills : proficient in Pack of Office

Attitude: problem solving skill, management & influencing skill, creative, innovative
