Experience:
1. HR & Admin Task:
1.1 Human resource management:
a. Plan human resource strategy suitable to the company's development needs.
b. Handle end-to-end recruitment (Establish human resource budget; plan recruitment), onboarding, and offboarding processes, training and human resource development for the business.
c. Evaluate probationary results, sign labor contracts and monitor labor contracts.
d. Maintain employee records, monitor personal information and handle contracts, payroll, and benefits.
e. Develop and implement human resource policies and regulations to ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and liaise with relevant authorities for local and overseas employment passes and documentation.
1.2 Salary, bonus and benefits management:
a. Process payroll and ensure accurate taxation reporting in collaboration with accounting.
b. Develop and implement salary, bonus and welfare policies.
c. Calculate salaries, allowances and subsidies for employees.
d. Work with departments to develop and operate KPI indicators.
e. Summarize and evaluate monthly or quarterly KPI results to pay salaries and bonuses.
f. Manage and implement insurance and incentive policies for employees.
g. Coordinate with the accounting department to calculate salaries, bonuses, and social insurance payments.
1.3 Training and human resource development:
a. Support employee engagement, plan and arrange training, and development initiatives.
b. Support and advise individuals and departments on human resource development issues
c. Act as a point of contact for employee issues and support communication across departments.
1.4 Work environment management:
a. Develop job descriptions for each job position and department
b. Develop and implement regulations on culture, discipline, and labor safety
c. Develop labor regulations, a system of regulations, processes, and rules for the enterprise and monitor compliance with regulations.
d. Organize activities to improve employee morale and motivation
e. Resolve issues related to labor relations, policies, and regulations
f. Ensuring proper execution of purchasing processes, including but not limited to processing requests, searching for suppliers, and arrange for payments.
g. Oversee daily administrative operations at the HCMC office and provide support to project team when necessary.
h. Manage office supplies, logistics, and facilities coordination.
i. Maintain documentation and filing systems (digital and physical).
j. Coordinate company travel arrangements and expense tracking.
2. Accounting tasks:
a. Assist in bookkeeping, monthly payroll processing, and reimbursement claims.
b. Support tax declarations, statutory reporting, and payment to authorities.
c. Liaise with external accountants or tax consultants, when necessary.
d. Prepare reports to Board of Director as required.
