GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: HSE SUPERVISOR

§  Work Location: District 7, HCMC

§  Work Time:

-         Monday-Friday (7:30 – 16:30)

-         Saturday (7:30-16:30) off once per month

§  Salary Range: Negotiable

 

JOB DUTIES

§  Report directly to Vietnamese HR & Admin Director

§  Job Responsibilities:

-         Manage the HSE group

-         Operate the Occupation Safely & Health (OSH) system in accordance with OHSAS 18001 and statutory requirements

-         Supervise the operation of firefighting system and inspect the equipment with strict requirements

-         Factory risk assessment, counseling and advice on improvement measures

-         Investigate occupational accidents and taking measures to reduce occupational accidents at the factory

-         Safety training for employees

-         Work with government agencies on matters related to OSH

-         Other duties will be shared in more details in the interview

 

Job RequirementS

§  Desirable Experience & Background

-         Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

-         Language Skills: English Business level (preferred candidates know Japanese)

-         At least 5 years’ experience in HSE management (preferred candidate with experience in manufacturing company)

-         Good skills in organizing, negotiating communicating and writing good reports

§  Desirable Character:

-         Gender: Any

-         Age: 25-35

-         Personality: integrity, honest, careful
