HSE Staff

Main Role:

• This position has the role of ensuring the working environment (greeneries, security), ensuring that environmental regulations are complied with by law.

JDs:

• Perform identification and assessment of environmental aspects at the company and propose corrective measures, monitor corrective actions to comply with the requirements of local laws and customers
• Control documents and records related to environment
• Participate in establishing internal processes for environmental management including general landscape environment, waste, emissions, waste water and security management.
• Work with suppliers to monitor the care and maintenance of trees and design of surrounding landscapes
• Participate in risk assessment, internal assessment related to environmental and security management
• Participate in establishing internal processes for environmental management including general landscape environment, waste, emissions, waste water and security management.
• Work with suppliers to collect, treat, check waste, waste gas and wastewater
• Perform periodic reports on environmental protection and waste management
• Coordinate the work of general affair and security team
• Participate in risk assessment, internal assessment related to environmental and security management

Education: Graduated from college with specialization in environment or higher (priority is given to technical school)

Experience: 1 or more years of experience in CR or HSE position in apparel or leather footwear factories (Nike factory experience preferred, adidas)

Knowledge:  Must understand garments and production
