Phụ trách về hệ thống An toàn – Sức khỏe – Môi trường (HSE) tại nhà máy.

Act as the key expert for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) system at the factory.

Triển khai và duy trì hệ thống HSE, đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật và tiêu chuẩn của công ty.

Implement and maintain HSE systems to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards.

Theo dõi, phân tích tình trạng tuân thủ hệ thống an toàn, đề xuất biện pháp cải tiến.

Monitor and analyze compliance status of safety systems, and propose improvement actions.

Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch hành động nhằm đạt mục tiêu an toàn và môi trường của công ty.

Develop and implement action plans to achieve company safety and environmental goals.

Tổ chức đào tạo, hướng dẫn và triển khai hệ thống HSE cho các bộ phận liên quan.

Provide training, deployment, and communication of HSE systems to relevant employees and departments.

Giám sát hiệu quả, thực hiện kiểm tra và hành động khắc phục khi phát hiện vấn đề.

Track performance, conduct inspections, and take corrective actions when issues are identified.

Hỗ trợ các mảng liên quan: an toàn quy trình, an toàn sức khỏe & môi trường, bảo vệ môi trường, và hệ thống phòng cháy chữa cháy.

Support areas including process safety, industrial health & safety, environmental protection, and fire prevention systems.

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật hoặc Môi trường.

Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Environmental Engineering.

Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực An toàn Lao động, Sức khỏe nghề nghiệp hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

At least 2 years of experience in Occupational Safety, Health, or related field.

Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản, có khả năng đọc, viết và trao đổi công việc.

Basic English communication skills, with ability to read, write, and discuss work matters.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng làm việc nhóm và độc lập.

Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work both independently and in a team.

Có khả năng chịu áp lực công việc, xử lý tình huống nhanh và hiệu quả.

Ability to work under pressure and handle situations promptly and effectively.
