Job requirement

1. Job Purpose

The HRBP Manager acts as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing end-to-end HR support aligned with business objectives. This role combines HR Business Partnering (70%) with Talent Acquisition (30%), ensuring effective workforce planning, strong people capability, and timely hiring for key positions.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. HR Business Partnering (70%)

· Partner with Department Heads and Business Leaders to understand business goals and translate them into HR solutions.

· Advise line managers on organization structure, manpower planning, performance management, and employee relations.

· Support performance review cycles, talent review, succession planning, and people development initiatives.

· Provide guidance on labor law, HR policies, disciplinary cases, and employee engagement.

· Analyze HR data (headcount, turnover, productivity) and propose action plans to improve people effectiveness.

B. Talent Acquisition (30%)

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, focusing on key, critical, and mid-to-senior roles.

· Work closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.

· Build talent pipelines and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners.

· Support employer branding activities and recruitment process improvements.

C. HR Projects & Collaboration

· Coordinate with COE teams (C&B, L&D, Talent Management) to ensure consistent HR implementation.

· Participate in HR transformation and process improvement projects.

· Support change management initiatives across business units.

Job requirement

3. Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

·       5+ years of experience in HRBP and/or Talent Acquisition roles.

·       Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

·       Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR best practices.

·       Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

·       Good English communication skills are an advantage.
