Job requirement

● Employee Relations & Retention: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, helping to foster a positive working environment

  • Support in resolving employee issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and stay/exit interviews to identify improvement areas

● Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding orientation, and integration activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience

  • Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements
  • Ensure smooth documentation and handover process for both joiners and leavers

● HR Operations:

  • Support HR paperwork and employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, appendices, changes, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee records and database with accuracy and confidentiality

● Performance & OKRs Support: Support line managers and employees in understanding and following the OKR process

  • Help consolidate, track, and follow up on OKR submissions and evaluations
  • Coordinate training or guidance sessions related to performance and goal-setting processes

● Admin & Others Support: administrative tasks including purchasing, office supplies, and facility-related support

  • Coordinate Visa and Work Permit processes for foreign employees
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager

Job requirement

  • From 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Proficient in English OR Mandarin Chinese
  • Experience in e-commerce, social media, or home appliances is a plus
  • Familiar with Vietnamese labor law and HR administrative procedures
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Good skills in MS office, Google Suite.
  • Able to start working immediately will be an advantage
