Mô tả công việc

Accountability

1. Recruitment and Selection:

  • Prepare and implement annual manpower planning and recruitment budget.

  • Coordinate with line management in interviewing, hiring, tests, selects employees to fill vacant positions and terminations

  • Increase awareness level of the employer brand name in local labor market (online and offline)

  • Build network and relationships to have available talent resources for any vacancy

  • Contact with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.

  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

2. Training and Development:

  • Prepare orientation training plan and budget.

  • Coordinate with Site Managers and Office Manager to implement orientation training plan

  • Conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.

  • Coordinate with Division Head / Site Managers in performance review and promotion

  • Coordinate with Division Head / Site Managers to determine competencies framework

  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follows-up to ensure

training objectives are met.

  • Prepare and provide to Employee training agreement if needed

3. Compensation and Benefits:

Payroll and Personal Income Tax

  • Analyzes wage, salary and data to determine competitive compensation plan.

  • Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization

  • Administers benefits programs such as health insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.

  • Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.

  • Administer payroll monthly and consolidate monthly department overtime/leave management

  • Be in charge of monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime, unpaid leave, sick leave….) for employees (local and expatriate) based on the time sheet and overtime records

  • Manage and process all social welfare for staffs such as: social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, funeral, weeding….

  • Completes monthly personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department

  • Follow Nexia ‘s instruction about salary/benefit/PIT… and provide documentations when requested.

Data and Labor contract

  • Prepare Job offer, Employment contract, Agreement

  • Monitoring the labor contract for new employees and labor contract expiration

  • Follow up and prepare document of transfer, promotion, demotion, leave

  • Controls personnel data from officially-employed date to resignation including: Inputting and updating personal data and filing personal profiles of all staffs.

4. Employee Relations:

  • Work closely with Site Managers, HOD both DGW and B2X and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

  • Develop and improve forms of employee’s voice to listen to their expectations and feedbacks.

  • Provide and discuss with HRM, get advice from HRM, Site Managers on solutions to solve HR issues.

  • Prevent and resolve issues involving individuals which arise out of or affect work situations.

  • Coordinate with Trade Union to handle disciplinary meeting and collective issues requested by laws.

  • Coordinate with HR team to communicate and handle any issue relating to total rewards, performance appraisal, recognition, work-life effectiveness and talent management review.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.

  • Organize HR activities: birthday celebration, year-end party, charity activity, company trip

5. Policies and procedures:

  • Develop, review and align current Talent Management, Employee Relations policies, procedures and regulations.

  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

  • Administer the implementation of those policies, processes and procedures to ensure the compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate with Managers to implement policies and procedures on performance appraisal, payroll, talent management review, employee events …

  • Monitor and enforce compliance requirements

  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

6. Consulting:

  • Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

  • Writes directives advising Managers of Company policies regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.

  • Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with Vietnam Law and Labor Codes.

  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.

  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

  • Notice any new or changed relevant laws and regulations which impact to the company

7. Performance Management:

  • Coordinate with Site Managers to implement the performance appraisal process

  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization..

  • Coordinate with site Managers to modify yearly KPIs

  • Provide performance management guidance to Managers.

  • Consolidate and analyze performance results as per guideline.

  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.

8. Report:

  • External reports:

  • Personal Income Tax reports (monthly declaration, yearly finalization report), Social insurance reports, Labor reports,…required by the Government.

  • Internal reports:

    • Report to HRM DGW, HRM B2X, GM B2X: Headcounts, monthly Salary, salary increment, promotion, staff turnover, headcount, performance management and ad hoc reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor Degree or higher level in Human Resources Management or related fields.

- Experience: At least 5-year experience in the similar position

- Strong priority candidates for training and recruitment

- Handle Salary, Policy

- Other skills:
