HR Supervisor - Giám Sát Nhân Sự

Job requirement

•Perform job grading and create the salary structure system for all positions at Company and revised (if any) as Labor law requirement.

•Fulfill recruitment target in a timely manner by activating variety of recruitment channels and techniques.

•Recruit all levels including senior and middle management, experienced hires, junior and fresh graduates for local

•Conduct interview and assessment to select short list of potential candidates.

•Consult with Human Resource Manager to identify talent sources, and recruitment strategies.

•Design master training plan and budget, complete training reports, manage employee tracking records.

•Develop and implement learning management model that includes processes for training needs analysis, learning plan and delivery, training evaluations and career development.

•Control monthly salary, compensation and benefit policy

•Managing social insurance, medical insurance to complying with Law

Job requirement

  • Bachelor Degree or higher level in Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • At least 3-year experiences in the similar position
  • Strong priority candidates for recruitment and training
  • Other skills:  - Good understanding about Labor Law - Good command in English (4 skills required) - Management skills and team work skills
