HR Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

• Coordinate daily recruitment activities of the team to meet business growth staffing needs.

• Manage and supervise recruitment budget.

• Conduct job analysis and evaluate new positions.

• Optimize recruitment team efficiency and support hiring for key and difficult positions.
  (Tối ưu hóa hiệu quả của đội ngũ tuyển dụng và hỗ trợ tuyển dụng các vị trí chủ chốt, khó khăn)

• Optimize recruitment systems and processes; maintain recruitment channels and provide internal and external recruitment information.
  (Trách nhiệm tối ưu hóa hệ thống và quy trình quản lý tuyển dụng, duy trì các kênh tuyển dụng và cung cấp thông tin tuyển dụng nội bộ và bên ngoài)

• Approve manpower requests in the OA system and assign recruitment tasks.
  (Chịu trách nhiệm phê duyệt danh sách nhu cầu nhân lực của hệ thống OA và phân bổ nhiệm vụ tuyển dụng)

• Guide recruitment specialists to ensure timely completion of recruitment tasks.
  (Hướng dẫn công việc của chuyên viên tuyển dụng để đảm bảo đội ngũ tuyển dụng hoàn thành nhiệm vụ tuyển dụng đúng thời hạn)

• Track, compile, and analyze recruitment KPIs.

• Update and improve job descriptions (JD) and interview questions.
  (Chịu trách nhiệm cập nhật, cải tiến JD và các câu hỏi phỏng vấn của công ty)

• Organize and monitor regular onboarding and communication meetings with new recruits.
  (Tổ chức và theo dõi các cuộc họp giao tiếp định kỳ với nhân viên mới, người lao động)

Requirements

• College degree or higher.
  (Tốt nghiệp bằng cao đẳng trở lên)

• Solid skills in recruitment and interviewing; knowledgeable in recruitment processes, labor laws, and related regulations.
  (Nắm vững kỹ năng tuyển dụng và phỏng vấn, am hiểu quy trình tuyển dụng, am hiểu luật lao động và các quy định pháp luật liên quan)

• HR management certification is a plus.
  (Ưu tiên người có chứng chỉ quản lý nhân sự)

• Good communication skills; proficient in Excel, Word, and other office software.
  (Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt; thành thạo EXCEL, WORD và các phần mềm văn phòng khác)

• At least 5 years of HR management experience, familiar with all HR modules; strong experience in training and recruitment, with over 3 years specifically in training or recruitment management.
  (5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý nhân sự trở lên, quen thuộc với tất cả các phân hệ quản lý nhân sự, thành thạo đào tạo, tuyển dụng và có hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm đào tạo hoặc quản lý tuyển dụng)

• Strong communication and presentation skills; high sense of responsibility.
  (Kỹ năng giao tiếp và khả năng diễn đạt tốt, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao)

• Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
