HR Staff (Focus on Recruitment & EB) - 1 year of contract

• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
• Greet and follow up email with candidates, including sending rejection notifications, candidate surveys
• Assist in input data and maintaining our Talent Pool database
• Monitor probation timelines and ensure collection of all necessary evaluations
• Translate and prepare HR data files to support the roll-out of our new HR platforms (Success Factor: Recruitment, L&D, Performance Management; TÜV SÜD Vietnam’s website)
• Support admin tasks related to employee engagement activities, employer branding, and career fair events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment support or HR administration
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented attitude
• Immediate availability is a plus
