Experience:
- Conduct the monthly payroll on time and accuracy
- Manage the staffs' database, payslip, annual leave, PIT registration…
- Be in charge of all admin tasks: stationery, courier services, security cards, locker, cleaning...
- Follow and prepare labor contract for employees.
- Support to apply Work permit, visa if have request.
- Organize and coordinate all Company/Labor Union's activities (meetings, team building, year end party...)
- College or University degree.
- MS Office especially Excel skill
- Minimum 1 year experience in related position
- Knowledge of Labour law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations
- Specific Skills:
+ Priority with experience in the C&B industry
+ Well-organized and time management
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Be able to work independently
+ Honesty, careful, focus to details
