Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate with departments to identify recruitment needs.
- Contact candidates, arrange interviews, and support onboarding activities.
- Conduct induction training for newcomers and maintain training records.
- Update and maintain employee profiles and personal information.
- Prepare, renew, and manage labor contracts.
Attendance, Benefits & Payroll Support
- Manage daily and monthly attendance and overtime reports.
- Ensure data accuracy for working hours, absenteeism, and overtime limits.
- Prepare and submit Social Insurance (SI) reports for new hires, resignations, and maternity/sick leave payments.
- Handle stationery, PPE, and employee gifts (PR/PO, delivery management).
C. Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly HR reports, including: Working hours, attendance, and overtime data., KPI reports: Absenteeism, Turnover, Training hours per person, Overtime hours, and Headcount.
- Support the HR Manager in providing accurate HR data to HQ and internal control departments.
