-Payroll for 1,800 employees. -The HR Manager will ensure that human capital is positioned to grow in parallel with the overall organizational growth and transformation, and lead and advise company supervisors regarding all Human Resources issues including organizational structure, staffing, compensation and benefit, employee relations, training and development and policy and system development.-Develop training and talent programs that will result in quality employees to build and support bench strength requirements for the company.-Maintains a strong partnership with the top business leaders to support business objectives by providing leadership for people initiatives, programs and strategies for the organization.-Ensure benefits programs such as health care, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance are implemented in efficiency and adequate.

<MUST>-English : Intermediate level-Japanese : N3 basic (Have knowledge Japanese working style and culture)-Experience; HR manager for 7 years in big company has 200 employees.-Age; upper 37.-Understand Labor law and Laws related<WANT>-Japanese ; N3 advance-Worked in Japanese company has upper 1800 employees.-Knowledge of strategic HR practices, and best practices in Human Resources.-Good at oral and written presentation skills, interacts well at all levels of the organization.
