A Singapore flagship multinational company looking for 1 HR Officer with below tasks
- Be in charge of staff recruitment, including coordination with recruitment agency, department heads and candidates, update recruitment database
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- In-charge of all admin activities under Talent Acquisition.
- Responsible for daily activities relating employee management in our HRIS – Workday with timeliness and accuracy.
- In charge of contract management including internal transfer processes.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
- 1-2 years of experience working in HR with emphasis on the role of recruitment personal or relevant experience
- Having good knowledge of Labour Law & HR Practices
- Strong communication skills (Vietnamese, English)
- Dynamic and high learning ability, hard working and a can-do attitude;
- Capable to work independently under pressure;
- Have “can do” attitude
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office & Good at English
- Good networking skills
