The Job

TPS Software are looking for HR Officer more 2 years’ experience to join in HR team with the below responsibilities:

1. Recruitment

· Work with Recruitment team in recruitment process

· Work with all BU’s leadership member to get JD, requirement.

· Prepare Pre-recruitment activities/ build and develop candidate database.

· Post jobs/related information on website

· Contact and follow up candidate

· Search proactively for potential candidates for open jobs on LinkedIn, Network and relationship.

· Positively participate in the common works of HR department and company activities.

· Create, develop and implement a plan of employee branding.

· Connect and celebrate all Job-Fair at some IT related University.

2. Training

· Implement & support to set up and arrange all Training Class.

· Support & implement for employee orientation and training programs, workplace safety, labor union relations.

3. C&B

· Ensure labor contract, renewal contract and annex to labor contract are given to employees on time.

· Implement Social Insurance, paperwork, VISA, Work Permit etc.

Job requirement


·         Graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields.

·         Interest & career development orient in the area of Human Resource.

·         Good command of English, computer skills & communication skills

·         Creative, hard-working, be able to work under high pressure

·         Can-do attitude, Dynamic and motivated personality.
