Job requirement

1.HR & Administration Department Management

  • Assign, supervise, and evaluate team performance.
  • Oversee all activities of the HR & Administration Department.
  • Develop internal policies and manage operating budgets (assets, equipment, etc.).

2.Recruitment

  • Manage and train the recruitment team; directly handle senior-level hiring.
  • Define job requirements and recruitment strategies aligned with company direction.
  • Analyze labor market trends and propose organizational and workforce planning adjustments.
  • Lead employer branding, recruitment marketing, and budget planning.

3.Talent Development & Company Culture

  • Maintain regular performance appraisal systems.
  • Develop and implement OKR/KPI frameworks.
  • Organize engagement activities and promote corporate culture.
  • Ensure employee benefits and labor policies comply with regulations.
  • Propose and execute HR decisions: rewards, discipline, promotion, rotation, etc.

4.External Relations & Labor Compliance

  • Represent the company in dealings with government agencies, authorities, and partners.
  • Supervise compliance with regulations on labor safety, fire prevention, security, and hygiene.
  • Disseminate legal updates relevant to company operations.

5.Organizational & Legal Affairs

  • Review and complete legal documents and HR management systems.
  • Coordinate in obtaining chemical business licenses and other legal procedures.
  • Participate in and/or manage digital transformation and ERP projects.
  • Update and apply new labor law regulations to HR policies and processes.
  • Build and maintain HR Master Data to support reporting and digital systems.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Manager/Deputy Manager or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in operating KPI, 3P systems, competency assessment, and talent development.
  • Managed organizations with 50+ employees in office, sales, or service environments.
  • Strong recruitment experience; preference for candidates with both local and international company backgrounds.
  • Skilled in internal communication, corporate culture building, and L&D (Learning & Development).
  • Intermediate English or above is a plus.
  • Personal traits: flexible, positive mindset, inspiring, and able to work under pressure.
