JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting directly to the Country Head of Human Resources, the successful incumbent will partner and work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive timely fulfillment of talent needs in support of business and people strategy:
1. Accountable for end to end recruitment cycle
2. Build up an active candidate pipeline using a mix of channels including direct sourcing, social media tools, connection with universities and third-party vendors.
3. Promote Nielsen and attract candidates via external engagement events including Nielsen Case Competition, Open House, external networking events, alumni events, etc.
4. Maintain relationships with hiring managers and develops relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Provide hiring solutions and market labour situations/ trends to businesses to influence talent pipeline and workforce planning
6. Influence and negotiate to hire the best talent by leveraging on our Employee Value PropositionParticipates in projects that have a country- or region-wide impact.
