HR Manager

Job requirement

  • Work as a HR Manager for Coastar Management as Resort Operator.
  • Manage and lead HR operations team work efficiency daily, evaluate team preformation.
  • Assist GM to develop the HR strategy including, into others, recruitment and retention strategies as well as talent management for Coastar Management.
  • Assist GM in preparing HR policies and procedures. Review/implement the performance appraisal process/system for Coastar Management.
  • Coordinate salary surveys and benchmarks and recommend suitable annual salary adjustments for Coastar Management.
  • Planning recruiting, training and developing human resources periodically, quarterly and monthly.
  • Advising GM on recruitment, training in the company.
  • Supporting other departments in human resource management. Supporting for relevant departments on staff training, how to recruit staff ...
  • Be a representative of HR in working with the local labor authorities and HR community in relevant matters of compensation & benefit for Coastar Management.
  • Strengthen the company culture with the implementation of the core values of the group
  • Ensure the processing of new hires, temporary employees, transfers, promotions and terminations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare reports, all recruitment advertising; the budget for assigned area and recommends procedures to enhance the recruitment and employment processes.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as HR manager position, experience in the hospitality, resort complex with international environment is referral.
  • Very good at C&B, Payroll, Budget, Business & Analysis.
  • Strong management and leadership skill.
  • Good connection & relations with local authorities of insurance & personal income tax.
  • Experience in HR system set up preferred.
