Lead and oversee all HR activities at the factory, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
Manage and develop the HR team to support factory operations efficiently and align with company goals.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, especially those applicable in Quang Tri province.
Design and implement HR strategies and policies
Build and maintain effective recruitment channels and community networks to ensure timely and qualified hiring.
Manage wage structures, benefits, and welfare programs in line with local expectations and market standards.
Handle employee grievances and resolve labor disputes fairly and effectively.
Communicate with internal departments and external partners using English as required for daily operations.
