Experience:
· Support HR Manager in setting up and monitoring department operations.
· Control manpower planning based on budgeted headcount across all departments.
· Recruit and hire management-level positions.
· Plan and conduct yearly HR department budget.
· Monitor probation evaluations and labor contract management.
· Implement HR software and ensure smooth operation.
· Register company regulations & collective labor agreements with labor authorities.
· Complete monthly payroll, payment requests, and bonuses for employees.
· Manage compensation and benefits administration.
· Handle monthly personal income tax reports and yearly tax balance.
· Encourage departments to complete performance appraisals as scheduled.
· Participate in ISO activities and internal audits.
· Join company committees and cooperate with other departments for company-wide activities.
· Implement Amfori BSCI and report to the Executive & Supervisory Board.
· Act on behalf of management in emergencies.
· Perform other assigned tasks.
· Immediately inform Food Safety Team Leader of any situation or unusual event that may affect food safety or employees.
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.
· Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
· Proactive, problem-solving, creative, energetic, and success-driven.
· Good computer literacy.
· Ability to work independently and in a team.
· Good command of English (speaking & writing).
